This non-profit piece was produced for Second Harvest Food Bank. The goal was to create a short video that would help open the hearts of potential donors. It had to be emotional. But it also needed to illustrate the unexpected number of children that we see everyday, who may go hungry with our help.
One of the challenges creatively was in coming up with a concept that is unique, as so many short films have been done to promote this need. We wanted to take people on a journey through a the eyes of children playing a game. The sheer delight of being a kid, the shock when they learn their friends go hungry, all leading up to the fact that there is hope and we can help these children.
